Every cook on MadeBy is a registered food business, identity checked, with their hygiene rating shown on their profile — or, for a newly registered kitchen, that it is awaiting its first inspection.
- Cooks must have food-business registration, a hygiene rating or pending inspection, and public liability insurance verified before their first drop goes live.
- Allergen information is published for every dish. MadeBy can’t guarantee any meal is allergen-free — food is prepared in home kitchens.
